First of all I am very frustrated and disappointed with your service and customer service. I booked for new broadband connection on 12th September 2020 with your online portal via a person called Veeresh and his phone number is 96324 99616. Veeresh is incapable of handling customer and he is definitely a waste of time resource in your organization. He doesn’t have customer ownership and updating skills. Then I had no option other than visiting the nearest vignan nagar airtel outlet and met The incharge Pavan (96060 28447) who is very helpful and routed my case to another lady by name Kamla (98450 90135) and kamla also wasted my time and lack customer ownership. From 12th sep till today it’s 14 days and you people have not done anything about my broadband connection. Why?? Why Airtel is so pathetic with their products and services?? Do I have to wait for 14 days and still continuing days to get my installation done?? I have lost a lot of business and time because of it and I demand my compensation along with complete refund. I need 3000/- rupees per day compensation from airtel on wasting my valuable time. I need immediate attention and action on this. You incapable people cannot keep customers money and waste their time like this. I need an answer and justification with my refund and compensation for wasting 14+ days of my time. I demand my refund and compensation to reach me in 24 hours. HOPELESS AND PATHETIC EXPERIENCE FROM AIRTEL. I will review with a negative marking on playstore and website as well.
