This is very irritating to say that your broadband service team is not at all taking their job seriously, I am not able to use internet through my broadband since more than 48 hours, day before yesterday I registered a complain through customer care 05224444121 and till now no one has responded. When I call customer the computer only repeats the same song that we are working on the issue, I am not able to talk to any of your executive. 7040971962 is my Airtel broadband account number number. Take this off, I m not interested in your Airtel broadband anymore, I never expected such an irresponsible behaviour from this company. Please take action against the firm whom you have given this contract to provide technical assistance, spoiling the name of Airtel.

Today is the fifth day my broadband connection is not working, and customer care is just only replying through message and IVR that they are working on this issue, and I had visited Airtel store, there I was told that my complain has been already closed, but in reality the problem is there, Store staff have asked an engineer to visit my premises at urgent basis, but no call or no person came to me, I am very dissapointed with Airtel never expected this kind of service, and will the company leave rental amount for these days
