Would like to update, ur customer care services are 3 rd class no one have the knowledge.
History..called yesterday in morning 8 o’clock for my dongel no where not able to use net, as per instruction addded 15 Gb data, 2nd time called lady told clear outstanding 410 same thing cleared again called person told clear 542 outstanding, cleared same thing again called that person told need to add 99 will chargeble , ok go head , again called told wait 4 hrs but issue not resolved again called told wait 24hrs issue not resolved called today in morning told wait.
Gopal ji what is happening and such kind of service s giving to customer in this pandemic where customer doing work from home, very bad ,pleas audit my calls and resolve other wise will go in court and raise the request.
Again pad 1047 but issue not resolved yet.
