have been complaining for not able to send and recieve SMS from past 2 to 3 days:-

Complain no 1:-
I have been informed to wait for 24 hours after typing few ussd codes on my handset, but matter remains still the same.
Complain no 2 :-
After that again i called and now there was a story of new barring services and message center number error, again i was informed to wait for 24 hrs.
Complain no 3:-
I had to visit vodafone store at mahavir nagar- Kandivali (west)- Mumbai and my sim was replaced with a new one, again there was a new story that incoming sms will be barred but outgoing will go, but still the outgoing msg not going and still the things remains same and unattended.
Complain no 4:-
I wanted to port out ny number but again the policy says that i have to stick to vodafone until i do not complete 3 months, it doesnt even matter to vf if i am happy with service or not just stick to vf.
Difficulties faced :-
No proper revert back form customer care
Loss in my business and this number is linked for otp on sms so cannot even make payments.
Cannot even port out.
No one from VF is interested specially when i shifted from postpaid to prepaid, the services got worst after entering prepaid.
Laat call i got from +91 22-71638000 – executive named Mr. Vishwanath and he has assured me that he will highlight my issue to technical team.
Can anyone serious look in the matter or please gove me liberty to port to other service providers
