im a Tata sky DTH Customer 20 FEB 2019 i have done my reachage with 200rs Now 28the feb 2019 now DTH blance showing 26 rs
My old plan (560 per month)
I have called TATA SKY customer they saying “as per TRAI rule my plan migrated which ever hig cost so you money is gone ”
I have call recording for this.
And they blocked All free channels
After deduction of 200rs now asking us to select the package and make payment
There is no rules before making a payment to select packages
Without any email or confirmation amount got deducted Please help us to get refund from
