Last year I purchased a whirlpool Ref FP283D Protton Royal cool from GIRIAS for reference bill copy attached .
Last time your uneducated Service engineer came to Home & cheated me with Rs 3500/- Which is not acceptable. Same soft bill copy attached.
from three months m raising the complaint to the customer care people no 1 is responding for my complaint now i’m fed up of your service and same going to raise the consumer court complaint & with social media against the whirlpool service issue
Your uneducated engineer came to my Home twice & replaced the compressor and the issue was not resolved .
After servicing & changing the compressor its getting over Heat & very slow freezing
i think it was duplicate small compressor they have install & compressor was not big same which was available in that pervious
I want to change & install the new compressor with same big size
