Dear Sir/Mam-
This mail is regarding the service issue I am facing from Bharti airtel a renowned telecom company from last 4days..I have applied for the new connection of the broadband of airtel from Mohali ..I had already paid the 3months advance rental as per company policy ,still no one is comming to give the service..I am calling from last 3 days (Thursday ,Friday,Saturday& Today Monday).I am professional banker and just got transfer to Mohali ,since due to current scenario I am working from home and it requires a good internet connectivity to work from home .. I am facing a huge problem and no one is responding over the phone ..I have already paid the amount Rs2828 on 30-04-2021..
Requets you interference to resolve the issue on priority basis…
