Earlier this morning, I sent an email but have not received any response yet. Later, two boys visited and were shown the exact way to do the wiring. They asked if we had a ladder, and when informed that we did not, they immediately stated that the building was not feasible and left.
When we contacted your service representative, Ms. Suryagayatri (Mob: 7306434123), regarding a refund, she misbehaved with our staff, which is highly unacceptable.
Could you please clarify why the premises were not checked for feasibility before accepting payment before 2 days? This lack of due diligence has caused inconvenience and wasted time.
We request an immediate resolution and refund. If this matter is not addressed promptly, we will be compelled to share this experience on social media, which could impact Jio’s reputation.
