Text of Complaint by Prem Patil:

My internet service has been barred since September 2, 2023 evening, even though I recharged my account on September 2, 203 morning itself.
Before that on August 30, 2023 I raised complaint about the validity extension for the loss of 4 days of service in month of August, but they declined it, so I asked them to cancel my services. However, the service provider did not gave any intimation about service cancellation and cancelled my services on September 2, 2023 evening.
I reacharged on September 2, 2023 morning because my services were on and having alerts about recharge.
Now even after the cancelling of services, internet service provider is not providing the refund of my recharge.
I had multiple follow ups on this issue with service desk and every response was vague and of no use.
