Dear Team,
I would like to bring to your attention that I have been frequently experiencing service interruptions with JioFiber in my area. This is not the first time – the issue has been occurring on a monthly basis. Each time, I am unable to use the service for a couple of days, and the same problem has happened again this month.
Could you please check and confirm the root cause of this recurring issue? I would appreciate a clear explanation as to why it keeps happening every month, and request that the problem be resolved as soon as possible.
If this continues, I believe it may be time to consider switching to a different service provider.
Please understand my concern and provide an appropriate response.
