I am user of Airtel broadband and am using the service for past four years from now.
On October 7th I have raised a complaint with SR – 122871284 for Frequent Disconnection of internet. The next day engineer visited and said the issue was resolved.
And again, faced the issue on 13th of October and again, raised the complaint with SR 123138312 for the same frequent disconnection of internet but it was registered for Speed not okay. Till now the issue was not resolved and only yesterday i have converted myself for an one airtel plan for 1999.
All these years i have never had an default payment and from now am going to pay Rs.3000 for all services of Airtel like Postpaid of 5 nos, 1 DTH and this Broadband connectivity. But am not given proper response by the technician and also the customer support was very rude.
