Based on customer care suggestions converted my Prepaid number to Postpaid connection, but Airtel customer conveyed that due to different network circle request got cancelled. From 18th Dec 2020 onwards i don’t have network coverage in my Prepaid connection for which i paid money. Contacted Airtel Showroom, Customer care, Nodal Officer & Appellate Team but every one is asking for time of 24 ~48 hours to resolve it, but not even a single solution been answered by any one of them, it’s been a week now. Very very worst service from Airtel for me in this regard.
If this is the case been serviced for all, how come their complaints will become Zero?????
