- I requested through a call to hold my services for 3 months. The Videocon D2H associate took my request and ensured me that he is placing a service request and 25 rupees will be deducted from my account for this request and the service will be on hold for 3 months. However the request was not placed. I called after three months to unhold my subscription since I had re-installed my Videocon d2h after construction work was done at home. I have already called multiple times to get the issue resolved however every time I call, videocon d2h associates disconnect my call and I am not getting any satisfactory response.
