Hello Concerned,
This complaint is against Vodafone Idea and it’s Channel partner Bhoomika Enterprises.
I bought 2 Vi nos (9999001635 and 9999003406) on 8th Aug from Bhoomika Enterprises. FE verified my voted I’d and took photo of it before issuing the Sims. Tele verification also done after a day or two.
On 14th Aug I got a sms by ViCare that your verification is incomplete. So I contacted Bhoomika Enterprise person Ms. Shreya and Vi Care 198/199 and intimated about this message. There a CCE named Rida talked to me so rude so I told her to transfer my call to TL then Vi Care team leader Sohail told me to mail to customercare.del@vodafineidea.com which I done but Email address not found on server means Sohail gave me wrong ID.
Yesterday on 17th Aug. my services get barred. So I again call ViCare 199, there I talked to CCE Pradeep, he told me that my physical verification is negative so services are barred. Here I want say that I didn’t get any call for physical verification. I raised a Complaint also vide complaint no: C003-108282841780 (18th Aug). Then I told him to pass my call to TL. Then TL Ms. Chitra came on line, I told her Everything, she assured me that she will activate my service in 4-5 hrs which is still inactive now 16-17 hours passed. She assures me that she will escalate it but no improvement can be seen till now.
I am getting harassed by ViCare and Bhoomika Enterprise. Buying a new connection made my life Hell. I am in touch with both parties since 9th August but My services get barred without my fault.
Secondly, I am getting sms of due amount of 159.12 rs also which is not my usage. Regarding this also I intimated ViCare and Bhoomika Enterprises, they said that you don’t have to worry but I cannot believe them.
No one is supporting and listening me to resolve. Both parties disconnecting my call so rudely and I m facing a cruelty and harassing attitude be both.
Humble Request : Kindly look into it and take necessary actions against ViCare and Bhoomika Enterprises for harassing consumers.
