Hello Airtel,
I have followed all the process as defined by you in the below mail and got the new SIM card as advised by airtel today afternoon . Till now my SIM is not activated and is it the way airtel treat the long time customer . I need answers for the one day loss due to the irresponsible behavior of airtel service which has caused me huge mental agony and business loss . Now answer my query
- Why the hell my service to my number 9840068708 is blocked without any reason as I have paid all the dues in time
- Why the new sim is not been activated till now ??? what is stopping you
- Who will compensate the time / business /money loss caused due to the airtel
I am going to recommend my company to pull out the service of our employees from the horrible services of airtel if I have not got the definite answers ………not the generic stupid ones !!!
