Customer Support Ineffectiveness – All customer care helplines, including Jio AirFiber numbers, have failed to provide proper assistance. Calls loop endlessly with no resolution.
No Response from Multiple Channels – I have received no replies from JioFiberCare, the Appellate Authority email, the grievance cell, or WhatsApp support despite repeated messages and emails.
Service Request Delay – After several failed attempts, I finally managed to get this SR created on 6th August 2025. I clearly informed the representative that the device must be collected on Friday, 8th August 2025, as I will not be at the address from 9th August 2025 onwards.
Pending Device Pickup & Service Termination – There is still no confirmation of the scheduled device pickup. My internet service remains active despite raising a disconnection request, and I will not bear any charges beyond my request date.
This repeated negligence and lack of communication is unacceptable, especially from a leading telecom provider.
Immediate Action Required:
Confirm today the exact time for the technician visit on 8th August 2025 before 5:00 PM for device collection.
Ensure service termination is processed immediately to avoid unnecessary billing.
