Router light blinking in Red. after complaining to customer care on 12/01/2022 11.40 AM they guide me to do some operation with router like restart etc., But problem not resolved so the customer care person guide me to raise slot book for service engineer visit.
Today is 16/01/2022 their is nothing action even after several call to customer care for service engineer visit. Every time they book another slot and assured me that this time surely visit.
