Dear sir/Ma’am,
I raised Air conditioner cleaning service from Samsung care team and engineer Rajesh (9955431435) assigned for the same. Rajesh asked me to pay extra money for a good cleaning service that i denied. In between he damaged so many product of AC and left my home on word “Cleaning has been done, it will work after 2 hour, once you confirm then only Rajesh will close the ticket of cleaning.”
Now Rajesh is not responding the call and service center ask me to pay 4500/. The thing is that , cleaning has started on working condition then why its not working after cleaning and why i will pay any cost to service center on the fault of engineer.
Please help me to come out from this fraud behavior of service engineer Rajesh.
