On 13th may 2025, My jio air fiber connection was not working then i complaint for this issue on My jio app. They registered a complaint regarding this issue (Request ID: SR00002DG6AF) and said that they will assign a engineer on 15th may 2025 at 12PM to 1 PM. But on this date they didn’t assigned any engineer and rescheduled for assigning on 17th may 2025. After that on 17th may 2025 again they didn’t asssigned any engineer and rescheduled again for next 2 days. Then i called to customer care number of my jio and next day a engineer visited on my home, but that engineer not fixed my connection even he threated me for revoke my complaint and tried to login my (my jio) application in his phone and sent OTP without my permission and then i denied for revoking of complain after that he didn’t fixed my connection and gone. I complaint for this misbehavior issue to my jio customer care number (Request ID: SR00002CW0YK) but they didn,t provide me anything related to that what action taken against him. And till now there is no any resolution provided and no any engineer visited to my location.
