I have Airtel Xstream Fiber internet connection. we are facing internet problem, it is disconnected from last three days. I am calling to customer care from last three days, they are giving false promise as it will resolved same day. I have raised several requests/complaints and called to customer care also when it happened last time 3 to 4 months back. But this issue is happening repeatedly to us. Please take suitable action on this service provider.
