We are using Airtel broad band connection at our company since may 16’2020 and had already paid advance payment @3545/- on may’2020 at the time of getting connection installed had been provide all the necessary documents demand by Air-tel person. after that airtel register connection to individual name instead of company name after many call and mail communication in this regards airtel not correct the name of bill.
Again they asked for documents and same have provide to airtel through e mail. after many reminder they did not correct name told us you have to pay bill against same bill,we can not able to help you.
We have a proof that we have given all the required documnets of company like GST,Pan card other relavete documents .
Now 14 of sep’2020 airtel deactivated the service suddenly, from till date we have sent many mail and try to contact there nodal support no and customer care, but they are not picking the phone even have sent 4 reminder but no one giving any response.
We are facing lot’s of problem and loss in our business.
