Dear sir,

I am requesting for cancelation of my service request last February month of ICICI bank but cancelation process not completed till date and some money has been deducted from my account screenshot are attached here. 

I am communicated so many times to ICICI bank executives but preventive actions not taken from ICICIbank end.please do the needful. 

Dear sir,
I am Awadhesh kumar Chaubey my salary account in icici bank,Anpara branch and my savings account number is 159101511177. On dated 26 Feb I have applied a cardless loan from my debit card. The Loan account number is LCFMZP0006947968.

As per previous e-mails,  one day I have received a call from customer care she was informed me my loan amount was canceled but on dated 7 April my saving account has been charged rupees 28000 against above loan of amount 81,808.77 rupees. 

Today’s I am communicate with customer care loan section Mr. Deepak ji , he was informed me my loan was canceled. 

So i would like to please informed me what’s reason for this deduction and from 7 April to till date my salary account is on LIEN condition. 

I have 2 times visited in my home branch office icici anpara branch but they are not helping me.

Please do the needful and remove lien condition of my salary account. 

Please send me a confirmation of cancelation of my loan amount.
