Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that even though payment of Rs.3501/- for Jio Fibre was made on 23rd. Aug 2020, actual connection was made on 25th. Aug 2020 evening at my residence 65A Buroshibtala Main Road, Kolkata-700038. The Jio fibre telephone number is 3335517886.

During this short period of service, the system went out of order on the very first day, however, Jio fibre service engineers restored it on the day itself. Thereafter, it went out of order after a fortnight and Jio fibre service engineer restored it after 3 days.

This time it went out of order on 10-10-2020 under service request number SR000012JG4E. Since restoration was not done at all, upon interaction on 13-10-2020 through Jio fibre contact number 1800889999 I was given to understand that in Jio-system it was recorded that the problem was resolved. Based on my feedback, I was given to understand that the case was being reopened. The concerned Jio fibre connection against above service request number is continuing to remain out of order till now.

on 21-10-2020 @19:34 I received a SMS from JioFibre that the request No. SR000012JG4E was addressed and in case I am not satisfied, I may raise an appeal to their appellate or call on 18008969999. The concerned 18008969999 number continues to remain busy possibly due to surging complaints and their appellate level do not operate.

In this connection, it is worthwhile to mention that Jio Fibre mentioned that their present rate is Rs.2500/- with one month’s free use, and those who took connection in Aug 2020 are also entitled for one month’s free service. Nobody of Jio Fibre offered me the same and had to renew it on 23Rd.Sept even though the service started from 25Th. Moreover, due to frequent outage, I could not use the service. Not only the above problem, the audacity of the Jio Fibre company against customers is deplorable.

I do not think it is worthwhile to renew Jio Fibre for October 2020 onwards.
