Text of Complaint by Bidisha Sarkar:

I bought a Aquaguard CD Geneus RO+UV+UF+TG in 2016. My product serial number 002240605063004354. Till date I never missed my AMC Even for a single day, which is a good sum of INR 6100 every year. I am promised yearly maintenance including all changes in spare parts.
On May 24 th 2024 my machine showed SERVICE button blinkering which means immediate service required. I called technician via WhatsApp. I just asked him about new machines coming these days. He insisted me to buy a new one and offered exchange price for old machine from company end. I said I will think. He then looked at my machine and said it’s filter and chip is not working. I have to pay INR 5000 if I want to continue service. And as a option he said it would be better to buy new machine. My AMC is valid upto July 13 th 2024, almost 2 months after.
Even without opening my machine, he refused to give me due service. I called customer service. They are taking my service request but no technician arriving till date. My technician called me and offered me 14 months AMC if I buy a new machine.
As per his statement, filter is changed annually once. Regarding this he never showed us when he changed that. So I am in darkness about this subject. I gave a hefty amount of 6100 every year and now not getting any service.
Pls do the needful.
