I had marq front load fully automatic washing machine brought 3 years ago , 15 days ago we noticed water leaking from the machine suddenly and abruptly stopped and we tried contacting marq customer care for service support and sinfully 12 days ago we had connected with marq customer care thru phone and they are not taking our complaint citing technical issues and want us to contact after 24hrs daily same excuse for all these days and today they mocking us arrogantly, any company should provide service to their customers who purchased their products , if they cheat customers like this without providing customer support and forcing to buy new appliances and earning money on poor middle class Indians …
