Dear sir/Madam
Recently i purchase a insurance from one assist its a insurance company. I bought it from around 7000 RS for my apple iPhone 14. They told me that it’s one year and accidentally and liquid damage of my phone. But when i going for a claim of my mobile which is accidentally slipped during i m going through a park. They rejected it because they said that it is not accident you have to rake care of it. Is it possible that someone itself breaks their phone. It’s accidental definitely either not broken help me to get my money back
