I have raised multiple requests by calling Tata Sky customer care but
I have received no call backs.

I am mentioning below steps as to what happened exactly and what is my issue-
1. I have opted for Tata Sky Binge service on Mobile.(7 day free trial).
2. I called customer care to reconfirm on my pack and Amazon fire
stick offer(complementary). He confirmed that since I have opted for
the mobile one, I won’t get a fire stick. He said that he will cancel
this mobile subscription and provide the 30 day free trial TV
subscription(which includes Amazon firestick).
3. Next day, the guy came to install the firestick and 299 got
deducted from my account, when he subscribed and installed Binge
services on my TV.
4. I told him that a 30 day free trial should be provided and he spoke
to the customer care and the amount got refunded in the account.(I
have a message in my phone for amount 299).
5. Next day, I checked my account balance and it showed 310 Debit and
credit and the transaction history of 299/- was lost. Also, my account
did not have that 299 balance that was refunded. It got lost
somewhere.
6. I called customer care. They said that they agree that 299 should
be there. They said they will arrange a callback.
7. In the meanwhile, my Tata Sky service recharge date became due and
I did not get a refund of 299. My Tata sky channels and all other
services have not been working for the past 9 days!
8. It had been 6 days now, and I got a message that my Service request
had been closed!! How can it be closed if I did not get a resolution??
9. I called the customer care again on 19th June, This request was
escalated by a Senior. But I still have not got a call back!
I have a recording of all the Phone calls from customer care!
I want a refund of 299, and an extended period of services for the
missed days, where because of your lag I was unable to enjoy Tata sky
services.
