I faced an absurd issue in your airtel thanks app and I want to raise an issue regarding that.

I have a broadband connection from you – 8049707299
My bill generated was Rs.1178.82/- which I tried to pay using your app. I had 10rs already in my wallet so I tried to use airtel wallet and it asked me to add 1169 to make the payment. I made that payment using my credit card, but then a message pops up saying insufficient funds not able to make the payment. I thought the payment might have failed and tried again and it asked me to pay 24rupees only and my payment went through. After which I went to check my transaction history to understand what had happened.
And what I see is when I paid 1169 only 1145 was added to my wallet and 24rs was charged as service charges.
While I understand you are charging 2% extra on the credit card transaction, you should show me or ask me to pay 1169+2% so that I have my bill paid in one go and I am aware of what is happening. Why should I be paying 24rs unknowingly, I could have very well either paid with the 2% extra or used another method/app to make the transaction in which I dont have to pay this extra charges.

This feels like cheating where you ask me you need to pay 1169 to pay the bill but the bill is not paid and you ask me pay another 24rs to pay my bill.

Please reverse the extra charges deducted or just reverse the whole transaction, I will use another method to make the payment.

This is like fooling customers.

I am a airtel user for too long both broadband and mobile connection and this is the first time I feel you are fooling people.

You dont show the extra charges but you deduct that. Show it to the user for them to make an informed choice.

Now you say you send messages and what not but just want to say this can help you get out of a law suite but not retain customers
