Dear sir,
I had purchased MarQ 1.5 T AC from flipkart on 12.04.2021. On 10.04.2022 cooling problem reported in AC unit and for same i raised a complain on 10.04.2022.
On 16.04.2022,two persons came, they told that AC not having refrigerant and clicked some photos of AC unit. They have not performed leakage test when I asked them what they will do next then they talked to service centre incharge and service centre incharge instructed them to leave with unit photos. When I called service center incharge service centre incharge rudely told that he will not going to attend the problem. He refuse to attend the complaint under warranty. He further told problem will be addressed with paid service only.
It is not out of context that the subject AC unit was under warranty till 12.04.2022.and complaint was raised on 10.04.2022.
It seems service centre intentionally want to repudiate my warranty claim and trying to make money
