On 27.09.2021 at 9 AM (approx) all of sudden the status of mobile network got changed from active to “No service”. Couldnt able to use any kind of service like outgoing/incoming call, internet, message. This has happend without any prior information. I have tried with another handsets and found the same issue (no service). Got confirmed that the issue is with sim. As I was in a journey going to attend an audit in organisation I have faced issues. As the service is inactive I couldnt able to make a call to customer care. I have tried calling 121 & 198 from another airtel number and also mailed the issue to 121@in.airtel.com, all goes in vein and I couldnot able to connect to customer care. Still the service is not activated. As I am busy, I didnt went to airtel store.
