- The service centre at broad street Lagos is atrocious. Many customers are being turned back on a false claim that their ayay is down. It is not true! The staff are using it as an ecvuaw to turn people away. Many have received kyc requests ams have been here three or four times ams not attended to. I reduaes to leave and after an hour wait whereby one staff made a customer JumP the queue they want to attend to me. They are rude and very unprofessional ams clwaelt have not training on corporate ethics
