I purchased the airtel black set-top box send Dth on Thursday last week and the Fiber was installed on Sunday and DTH was installed on Thursday after multiple reminders. However, within 5 days the router has stopped working and the technician says it’s a faulty product. Kindly help in filing complaint as airtel is not resolving and has taken advance money from us
