I am writing this letter to formally register a serious complaint against Ola Electric regarding the unsatisfactory service and support I have received for my electric scooter. My name is Karan Kumar, and I reside in Matrika Vihar, Khora Colony, Ghaziabad up 201309.
I purchased an electric scooter from Ola Electric, and it is currently under warranty. Unfortunately, I have been facing persistent issues with the scooter, and despite repeated attempts to get it repaired, the problem remains unresolved. This has caused me immense frustration and mental harassment.
I have approached Ola Electric’s service center several times to have the issue fixed, but I have encountered nothing but a lack of cooperation and negligence from their workers. They have repeatedly asked for money for repairs, even though the scooter is well within its warranty period. This has left me deeply dissatisfied and disappointed with Ola Electric’s after-sales service.
To make matters worse, the behavior of their workers has been highly unprofessional, with some of them outright avoiding their responsibilities and refusing to address my concerns. This has further added to my distress and mental anguish.
As a customer who trusted Ola Electric’s brand and invested in their product, I feel completely let down by the substandard service and lack of empathy I have experienced.
Considering the severity of the situation and its impact on my daily life, I am left with no choice but to take legal action against Ola Electric. I am prepared to take this matter to court to seek proper resolution and justice for my hardships due to their negligence and lack of accountability.
I am kindly requesting an immediate and comprehensive investigation into this matter. I expect a prompt response from Ola Electric, acknowledging my complaint and providing a clear plan of action to rectify the situation and repair my electric scooter under warranty.

Failure to address my concerns adequately will leave me with no option but to proceed with legal proceedings. I sincerely hope it does not come to that and that Ola Electric will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation promptly.
