I had opted to use GO Mechanic during this pandemic for routine service and add on services. They charged me 6599 for the routine service and add on package. After a day they told me I have problems with gear box and shocks and both need to be changed and serviced. As they had already opened my car fully! They promised to use Genuine parts for replacement. At the time of delivery they posted photos and took the money for the service. The very next day I felt the service was not up to the mark and raised an escalation. After following up for 16 days with various representatives I got to know that the parts were fake and I was charged 3 times the price compared to original. This infuriated me and tried to negotiate for this scam. It’s been more than 23 days and I’m still negotiating with them. Beware fellow car owners! I have heard a lot of similar complaints unfortunately for me I checked details reviews after being cheated. The the price I rather have taken it to the official service station. I would not recommend using their services. They have used the pandemic for their advantage and scam for cash flow. They corporate services is poor. They abscond from taking the case over
