We have booked 7 tickets in Bollywood cinema damoh dated 12/08/2023 for 2.15 a show of gadar 2. After entering into the cinema hall the staff are not present inside for seat guidance and in our booked seat other people are already sat. While complaining against all to the Bollywood cinema management bon cooperation for seat arrangement. For only 4 person they have provided seat and for 3 people no seat provided by Bollywood cinema management. Also staff misbehave and non Providence of seat for 3 people. They have charged single ticket for Rs. 200/- total for 7 person Rs 1400/- . The provided for 4 people also random not in sequence which ticket has shown. I have attached screenshot of ticket invoice.
