I am using a Reliance Jio fiber,everything is working fine apart from the fact that i’m not able to send emails using Outlook in PC i can receive mails, but if i connect to other networks i am able to send and receive emails So please give the solution

I have not received the amount of Rs. 1500INR even after 25 days from the date of cancelation of an order no NO0000JWDNCK. I don’t know whether they want to forfeit the amount.
