- Airtel is not providing good service( wrost internet) since a long time whenever i call for consumer service /Helpline.Earlier, they used to say always same answer that we are upgrading network in your area that’s why you are facing problem. Don’t worry we will fix it soon.sometime they say because of many user in your area your connection is slow.Don’t worry it will be fixed soon. Nowdays you have to file your complain in airtel thanks app alright no problem i launch my airtel thanks app now i select option i’m unable to use internet i do whatever they ask me when everything is done and it’s time to submit your complain i click on submit button it’s says select option there is no option it’s not any technical fault i have faced this problem so many time. i got frustrated then i came here.
