Respected sir/madam

I am Puneet Agarwal, I took a postpaid sim at my home from airtel authorised sales agent on 8th April 2019 in Agra, Uttar Pradesh which activated on 10th April 2019. He told me the schemes and offer which where going on airtel at that time and told me that the activation charge of rs250 will be adjusted in my first bill, I have to pay less rs250 on my first bill. He took cash of rs250 by the name of activation charges, now my 10 days bill had been generated on 21st April 2019 of rs542 including 10 days rental + activation charges + tax. I called the sales agent name Nazim khan on 21st April 2019 at 11:41am and told him that I already had paid you the activation charges then why it has been included again in my bill and he told me that he’ll talk in his office in this matter with his boss when he’ll go to the office, but now he is not attending my calls and is not responding me in this matter. He cheated on me the by offers about the activation charge and took rs250 cash and also told me that rs250 would be less in my first bill. The due date of my bill is 1st May 2019.
Sir please please make less rs500 as I have already paid rs250 for activation charge and less the money which I had paid as the agent told me that the amount paid by me would be less in my first bill.
