Bookmytab -ordered a Tab INR 4299 , no response, monies taken thru PAYTM -yesterady 13-JUl-20. Order number provided was 1233688938 [suspect everything is fake]
Called them today – numbers 7384970784 [Fake Amit Kumar – resuk794@gmail.com says he works for Bookmytab] and other number is 7477869766 . Both have whatsapp numbers as well.
I gave my order number. He said order failed and he was refunding. I asked him to refund on paytm,he said he can refund on googlepay or phonepe. I gave him my phone number. He said he has sent me a message from a complaint number of bookmytab which was provided as 9901771222. I was meant to forward a message received by me to this complaint number [fraud] . Obviously I havent done this. I have told them that cybercrime and police will eb behind them very soon and they have to watch their steps and not be party to any frauds.
At this point I am looking forward to getting my Rs 4299 back asap.
Please help me with my refunds and most important to stop these criminals immediately
