I have purchased a nokia 55 inches andriod tv from flipkart in Aug 2020 with an extended warranty. Now I have an issue with the display and wanted to get it resolved and contacted the support team and team observed that the seriel number which is mentioned on the invoice and the number on the product are different because which they cannot process the claim and do the service.
This is the mistake of flipkar for providing me with incorrect invoice which created this problem and since ten days i am contacting flipkart and raising this concern and still it has not been resolved and i lost hope in the customer service teams promises. The service is awful
I require a new invoice with the seriel number mentioned on the product so that i can get the service under warranty.
