I have been facing an issue from 7th April 2023, I bought a One Plus 50 Inch TV from Flipkart (Order ID – OD123685800720227000). My concern is, the serial number which flipkart has mentioned in their invoice and Serial number which the TV has on it is different. I logged this complaint around 7th April and I was being told that it will be resolved by 11th April’23.

I wasted but there was no response from your end and then all of a sudden one day i got a notification from you that the issue has been resolved. BUT IT WASN’T. Then someone from your team said to wait till 15th April’23, I WAITED but there is no response from Flipkart.

On 15th April’23 I called Flipkart again for the resolution and I was being told that there is a dedicated team for this and they will be calling me for ths issue and it will be resolved by 18th April’23. Today is 18th April’23 and there is no contact from the Flipkart team.

I don’t understand what kind of PATHETIC service Flipkart is giving to their customers. I am highly disappointed and need a solution for this asap.

By today end of the day if I didn’t receive any update from Flipkart. I might go for some legal action. Either Flipkart provides me a solution today or refund my money back or send us a new One plus same TV.
