In October 20202 i bought a Panasonic 40inch led tv along with 2 years quess extended warranty.now in July 2022 i got some problem in my tv set so i called quess extended warranty provider, where i came to know that the serial number on my tv is not matching with the serial number on invoice and packing slip.because of which quess extended warranty provider refuse to provide the service and ask me to contact Amazon, which I did on 28july i share all the documents to Amazon which they ask to me..but still after a month also they didn’t do anything regarding my problem.the order I’d is 405-7369462-7402718..
