I registered on to the company. Within 2 days i sent an email to the company saying i want to terminate my ID bcoz of family related medical issues. They said i will recieve an email or call without 24 hours. I did not recieve an email or a call. On top of that almost a week later i get a message saying a legal notice is being drafted in my name. I begged the helpline number and sent multiple emails to the company saying pls let me talk to some higher up authority but no one helped me. They said pay 6,900 and i will get an Noc saying that i have paid the money. Later the advocate who called me told me that now i have to pay over 70,000 rupees if i want to fully terminate my ID. Whereas in the agreement it was mentioned that the client can terminate his/her ID whenever they deemed necessary. Now they are saying i have to come to Ahmadabad court within 5 days.
Sir please this is big time fraud. I am a student and my family is not that well to do. I can’t pay them 70,000 rupees especially when I’m sure now that the company is fraud. This is blackmail, and no one will hear me out. Pls someone do something about it
