Dear Sir,
I am writing to bring to your urgent attention that I have been deceived in an online shopping transaction carried out through your platform. Despite making the full payment of ₹ 1000 on the product/service promised to me has not been delivered as per the description/has turned out to be fake/defective.
This amounts to fraud and unfair trade practice, which is a serious violation of consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
I hereby demand that you immediately
Refund the full amount of ₹ 1000/-
Please note that if this matter is not resolved within 7 days of receiving this letter, I will be left with no option but to initiate:
A formal police complaint under applicable sections of the Indian Penal Code for cheating and fraud.
Legal proceedings before the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for recovery of the amount along with compensation for harassment and damages.
I trust you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take immediate corrective steps to avoid escalation.
