I have ordered a pizza through eat sure app. It’s oven story pizza. In the tracking I was able to see the pizza was coming from a Thoraipakkam branch. I have shared the images and asked for the replacement. they denied for replacement or refund. Instead the customer care was insisting me to take surepoints. Over call and chat support they were giving me the same answer.
Another option they have given is to send email and they will respond back in 24-48 hours.
Pizza smelt very bad. It must have been prepared a day before or even before. chicken was spoiled and smelt.
When I asked the customer care guy if any kid is having this food, definitely it will be poisonous to them, they were still not understanding the situation
