Respected sir,
I ordered for Desiel men watch and received a open box delivery on 7th December 2020. When i saw a ladies watch i gave it back and cancelled the order. Again a closed box arrived on 12th December 2020 after doing the payment, when i opened the box it was the same duplicate women Titan watch. I also complaint in E-cart but i dint get a proper feedback. Kindly request to take nessacary action on the above issue.
