This is regarding order no. 8787849939. First they sent totally defective item. When i raised return request, for 3 days they falsely showed pickup. Neither the delivery boy came nor anyone called. When i tried calling, delivery boy’s number came as incoming not allowed. I got tired of calling customer care, they didn’t resolve it. Just kept saying, your concern is escalated on high priority. Instead they rejected my return request after 3 days. Pathetic service. They are doing fraud with consumers. These companies should be banned.
