I purchased a boult airbuds from flipkart, after 6 months one side stopped working. I contacted boult audio, they told me to courier the damaged product to the provided address, I did. It’s been more than 2 months, I did not get my product back, neither any reply to my mails or phones. I guessed they have scammed me. please help me to get my product back
