Text of Complaint by Sheenam:

3 months back i e-mail mivi regarding a product that was in warranty & not working, they emailed me to return the product, they themselves arranged the pickup & since that time they’re not responding. Once in 10 days they msg saying our technical team os working to find out the problem, actually they make ua purchase the product, it gets damaged in within 4-5 montha of usage then they ask us to return & they solve the problem & then sell the product to other person that’s why their social media handles have so many hatred & negative comments against them, they Just delete our comments, such a fraud company, this should get banned
