Sub: Complaint regarding Deposit of Rs.1,18,000/- not credited after maturity on 27-12-2022 promoted by Future Group FEL, Future Enterprises Ltd through Big Bazaar at Chennai.
Fixed Deposit: Receipt No. 001014004571 for Rs.1,18,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and eighteen thousand only) issued on 30/12/2019 (date of deposit 27/12/2019) by F.D department, city gold mall, 3rd floor, near shyamal cross road, 132 Feet ring road, satellite, Ahmedabad – 380015. Dear Sir/Madam,
The above deposit in the name of Mr. T.Kumaraguru (Self) was in from 27/12/2019 to 27/12/2022. Interest for the above deposit was paid by quarterly basis every quarter regularly upto 27/10/22. But the last quarter of the deposit on maturity on 27/12/2022 was not paid for reason not known. For claiming the deposit amount, I could not able to reach the FEL company. The phone numbers given by the FEL was not in use.
The Registered office, corporate office and FD department could not be contacted since there is no activity and not in operation.
In the above circumstances I myself do not know what to do. I came across your esteemed office is working for addressing the problems facing the situation by deposit holders and redressing effectively.
Hence, I request your office to look into the matter seriously and make good of your office to get back the deposit invested in FEL rs.1,18,000/- and interest which is applicable to me.
